■ Genehmigung, die einem Spieler im Rahmen einer ärztlichen Behandlung, zu der es keine angemessene therapeutische Alternative gibt, die Verwendung einer in der WADA-Dopingliste aufgeführten verbotenen Substanz oder Methode gestattet, vorausgesetzt, dass diese keine erhebliche Steigerung seiner Leistungsfähigkeit zur Folge hat.► Die Vorraussetzungen für die Erteilung einer ATZ sind im Internationalen Standard für medizinische Ausnahmegenehmigungen der WADA aufgeführt.■ Authorisation granted to a player permitting the use of any substance or method contained in the WADA Prohibited List to treat a legitimate medical condition, given that it will not significantly enhance the player's performance. -
